Stilt Dancer

Graceful, funny, spectacular, this charming performer dances on
peg stilts. Skillful with adults, elders, teens, the disabled and
children, she dazzles in any crowd.

Since 1980 Janet Rayor has performed alternately as a
professional dancer, physical comedian, and singer. Upon learning
peg-stilting in 1991 for the Seattle Art Museum, Janet became a
sought after stilt dancer for festivals, elegant parties, openings and
events as well as pre-grandstand shows for Brian White, Billy
Dean and Lorrie Morgan. A multi-talented performer, Janet is the
lead vocalist for rouge, the popular French cabaret trio specializing
in Piaf and Brel music.

Characters dance, sing, make origami, do splits, animate puppets
and jump rope:

French Dancer, Peacock, Butterfly, Angel, Bo Peep, whimsical
Oyster, Pregnant Marge, and Fairy Godmother.
