David George

Mangetsu

With his extensive experience David George has
developed a very large repertoire of songs as
well as his own unique style of musical sound
and phrasing.His performances are exciting and
entertaining and his music is full of beautiful
melodies.David George is a perfect choice for
weddings or special events.

Originally from Seattle,Washington,then later
residing in Honolulu and Los Angeles,David
George has been performing as a trumpet
soloist for fifteen years,both in the U.S. and
Europe.

Mr.George is an accomplished
composer,arranger,and producer in the
international Jazz and Pop scene.He plays with
a feeling of both intimacy and energy.He has a
varied repertoire of origional jazz
compositions,standards and pop.His varied range
of influenced include American jazz masters Bob
Braye,Chet Baker,Gary Peacock,Julian Priester
and Jim Knapp.

His recently released CD,"Mangetsu" on a Dutch
jazz label has recieved wonderful reviews in
major music publications.

David George has returned to Seattle from
Tokyo,Japan and will be performing around the
area at local clubs,and concerts. and perhaps
